We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Chiropractor to join our dynamic practice full time in the Portland, OR area. This is not just another associate position, but a full career with a training program unlike any other. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor has excellent interpersonal skills, is comfortable with a care plan model of diversified adjustments/active rehab and is coachable with an eagerness to learn and is motivated to grow. We understand the need for work/life balance and offer 4-day work weeks with cluster booked schedules to help prevent physical fatigue and mental burnout.

We are a privately-owned chiropractic office, with amazing resources, including a marketing team to allow our doctors to focus on one thing, great patient care. We help our patients find relief from pain and reach their health and wellness goals with continued care. Duties:
• Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
• Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays
• Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis
• Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans
• Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
• Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments Diversified, CBP, Neuro Impulse and activator. Low tech Active Rehab, and various therapies and modalities
• Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
• Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
• Billing -applying ICD-10 diagnosis codes
• Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments

Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
• Active Chiropractic license in OR
• Prior experience with a model that had x-ray, corrective/CBP model, care plans, and maintaining medical records used to get payor reimbursement preferred

Schedule:
• Full time (Monday -Thursday)

Compensation (range):
• Potential to make $150k-$200k per year
